The Port of Livorno is a popular embarkation point for MSC Cruises through the meditteranean. There is a shuttle between the port and Livorno's city centre, from which you can catch a train to Pisa or Florence.

When we docked at Livorno on Royal Caribbean International's Liberty of the Seas, we weren't the only cruise ship in harbour - there was also the Norwegian Epic, which offers wonderful tube rides for the kids.
